7 Days Return / Replacement/ Cancellation Policy

At Sketra, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. With our 7-day return and replacement policy, you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. You have a full week from the date of delivery to initiate a return or replacement, giving you ample time to evaluate your product. If your order arrives damaged or defective, simply mark it as such on the delivery receipt, and we’ll handle the rest, including arranging a hassle-free pickup for replacement. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement in case of damage, defects, or concerns with the product. Eligibility for Replacement :

You may request a replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, based on the delivery confirmation provided by our logistics partner.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be in proper condition without major physical damage caused after delivery.
  • All original accessories, parts, and documentation must be available.
  • The issue must not be due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification

Product Condition & Return Requirements to ensure a smooth replacement process:

Original Packaging:

  •  Product should be securely packed in its original box with all protective materials.

Complete Product:

  • All parts, accessories, manuals, and components must be returned.

Uninstalled Condition:

  • If installed/assembled, the product must be safely uninstalled before pickup.
  • If the product is not packed or uninstalled at the time of pickup, additional service charges may be applicable or pickup may be rescheduled.

Replacement Process

  1. Raise Request: Contact Team Sketra within 7 days via email or website with: Order ID, Issue details, Supporting images/videos
  2. Verification & Approval: Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
  3. Pickup Arrangement: Pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner. Customer must ensure proper packaging before pickup.
  4. Replacement Dispatch: Once the product is received and inspected, replacement will be processed.

Free Pickup

  • Applicable in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery.

 

  • Paid Pickup (Other Cases):
    • If replacement is requested for personal preference or non-defect reasons:
    – Logistics / handling charges may apply
    – Charges depend on product type and location
    – Uninstallation / Repacking Support (Optional):
    – If customer requires assistance for uninstalling or packing, additional service charges will be applicable.

Inspection & Approval

  • All returned products go through a quality inspection:
    • If approved → Replacement processed
    If rejected → Product may be sent back or additional charges may apply. 
    Refunds (Limited Cases Only)
  • Processing Refunds:
    • Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where:
    – Replacement is not available
    – Issue cannot be resolved

    – Applicable logistics & handling charges will be deducted
    – Refund will be processed to the original payment method
    Important Conditions
    – Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or incomplete return may not be eligible
    – Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers may have limited eligibility
    – Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
    – Only purchases made on the official Sketra website are covered
    Damaged / Incorrect Product Cases
    – Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
    – Clear photo/video proof required
    – Mark delivery as “Damaged” on courier receipt

    – Eligible cases will receive priority replacement at no extra cost

  • Exchanges:
    • If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, color, or size, please specify this in your return request.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences between the products will need to be settled before the exchange is processed.

Exceptions to the Policy:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with photographic/video evidence of the damage. In such cases, we will arrange for the product to be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
  • If the product you received is not what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a replacement, including shipping costs.
  • Products purchased at promotional prices or during sale events are not eligible for returns under the 7-Day Return Policy. All such sales are considered final, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these items.
  • Pre-booked orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, we do allow modifications to the order, such as changes to the product model or other details, depending on availability.
  • Products purchased under the No Cost EMI / Credit Card option are not eligible for returns under the 7-Day Return Policy. All such purchases are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted for these items.
  • Products cannot be returned or replaced if the customer is unable to provide proof of purchase. A valid order confirmation, invoice, or receipt is required to initiate any return or replacement requests.
  • Products purchased through dealers or third-party vendors are not covered under Sketra’s 7-Day Return Policy. Only items purchased directly from the official Sketra website are eligible for returns or exchanges under this policy.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped or collected by the courier partner for shipping. Please ensure that your order details are correct before proceeding to checkout, as cancellations are not permitted after this point.

Additional Information:

  • Promotional Offers: If you purchased your product during a promotional event, any returns will be subject to the specific terms of the promotion. Please refer to the promotion’s terms and conditions for details.
  • Warranty: This return policy is separate from Sketra’s product warranty. If your product develops issues beyond the 7-day return window but is still under warranty, please refer to our warranty terms for further assistance.
